You have no inkling as to what I know, Ironic. What is "obvious" to you now will probably not be so "obvious" when you're 30 or 40 or 50+. You don't know what I've studied, you don't know where I've been. I daresay you don't stand for Solzhenitsin's views any more authentically than I do.

Be offended. Put flowers on his cybergrave. Weep for what you are certain is not known or practiced. When you're finished, begin living with all the traps and fears and insecurities the rest of us live with. Come back to this after a time and see if you don't find you have been presumptuous in your flip opinion.

She didn't spell Solzhenitsyn wrong, she spelled "Aleksandr" wrong, and yeah for me it's a problem when somebody wants to abuse quotations from such a fine source.

I agree that disabling the edit function is a real pain. It was because of Danny's (Randle O.'s) stunt of posting attacks on people and then deleting them before I saw them to that he wouldn't get banned.

I also make a lot of typo mistakes, and don't see them until I have posted. I do a lot of re-editting of my posts too. Unfortunately, Drupal does not have an "edit for 5 minutes" function.
Well, I'm going to take a chance here, and re-enable the editting.
