I thought you said you were in the Military.

USMJ = United States Military Justice/Law for the Military
JAG = Judge Advocate Generals/ Judges, Prosecutors, Lawyers and Court

Ifod, stop with the name calling and act as if you went to CalState and were in the military.

This blog was created for the express purpose of taking banny 2 B (a/k/a LisaMarie) away from the blog that was discussing the “disease” concept of “alcoholism” see >> http://www.orange-papers.org/forum/node/2238

The discussion concerned two court cases in which US Military veterans were denied certain benefits due to alcohol use/misuse.

The cases discussed a concept of “willful misconduct” and “primary alcoholism”. The court cases were interesting and the blog comments were informational and interesting, at least in my opinion.

I created this specific blog because banny made a claim of being a US Military veteran and the discussion deteriorated away from the main topic.

So i fucked up two letters most people still knew what I was referring to.
I got out of the service in 1980, I was actually forced out. So I do know about JAG and "Office Hours" article 15 and a Court Marshall (which I didn't get but came close). Not many women in the military were in the trouble I was in.

Anybody that was in the military would know that the proper name is the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The UCMJ is drilled into the recruits head in basic training.
