Whats the meaning of the triangle necklace? - From Yahoo Answers

Whats the meaning of the triangle necklace?
I've seen a lot of celebrities and various strangers wearing a necklace with a triangle on it. I tried to look up the meaning and got a variety of responses from: gay pride, satanism, holy trinity and alcoholics anonymous. I am so confused.

Does anyone know the meaning? What do you think?

What do they call that thing you use on a Ouija board that moves over the letters spelling words? That sort of looks like an AA triangle.

It's called a planchette. It's the pointer.

They're too late, I already sold the ambulance. Got a good price on it, too, since it was revamped two years ago.

Whenever you see laughter spelled like, that, it means that somebody just encountered a fact that his mind cannot handle.

You are so wrong, Orange. What "fact" is included in the phrase "FUCK OFF!!!!!!" that is so profound, so enlightening, so staggering, so immense and transforming that it makes the mind shut down?

I thought you were smarter than that. I'm getting a clearer picture now.

You are a man, you have weight issues, and your a very heavy smoker....

becket's picture

I am a 63-year-old woman who weighs 134 pounds, and I quit smoking the day I quit drinking, which was 32 years ago January.

I think you need a Ouija board to get even remotely close to the truth.

Bucket, why don't you learn some yoga. If you practice with stretching you may learn to give yourself a blow job.

Actually that is quite an accomplishment, especially for the smoking to which I'm finding is quite difficult to quit. This coming from the most hateful poster on the OP.

I am not in the cult no more. I am free free free......

Vicky, have you drank since you left AA? If you have drank have you done it moderately? Whether you drank or not did you use another help to maintain since leaving AA? Did you find it helpful or necessary to deprogram from AA?
How much sobriety did you have in AA and why did you leave?
These are real questions from someone who is interested.
Thanks

You are the least free person on this forum. You are manacled to your own lowest common denominator, from which all your statements emanate with a stench so acrid it burns the senses.

I was in AA for 11 years, the longest I was sober for was 3 years. The other times I could never go more than a year. I left AA because I was tired of the bullshit that I was hearing. It all started to feel creepy and wrong and there were lots of suicides and shit. It took 3 years to deprogramme . I have not had one drop of alcohol since leaving AA. I just don't have any desire to want to drink.

Are you sober now, victor? It appears you are not. As we all know, though, appearances can't always be trusted to reflect the same reality to each individual.

Thank You.
I am glad you survived.
Suicide is the #10 cause of deaths.
Lots of them happen in AA.
I lost 5 close friends in AA to suicide.
