Whats the meaning of the triangle necklace?
I've seen a lot of celebrities and various strangers wearing a necklace with a triangle on it. I tried to look up the meaning and got a variety of responses from: gay pride, satanism, holy trinity and alcoholics anonymous. I am so confused.Does anyone know the meaning? What do you think?

When searching for a sugar daddy in AA you identify them by the Circle and Triangle logo. It is recommended that you try on as many as possible and carry stinky dink spray by the recommendation of cribbisque (Tic Tacs are also advisable) and hold out for the Mercedes even if they only drive a Miata and don't worry about the tattoos of other women's names on their body.
"Tradition 10 - Alcoholics Anonymous has no opinion on outside issues; hence the AA name ought never be drawn into public controversy." Please follow orders from the Interchurch Center if you are an AA member and don't comment.

The meaning of the triangle necklace.
The triangle necklace is proof of membership in Alcoholics Anonymous.
The wearer uses the necklace to identify themselves in public so that they may receive special treatment, protection, and opportunity from other members. When another member sees the triangle they use code words like "friend of bills" or "one day at a time" to identify themselves.
You can literally get in your car and drive across the country wearing the triangle necklace and never need a hotel room or restaurant, I've done it.
*Here are some of the benefits I got from the necklace;
-Real estate services
-Legal Services
-Free Meals
-Horseback Riding Lessons
-Acting work
-Horseshoeing lessons
-Sexual solicitation
-Restaurant recommendations
-Two six figure jobs
-Dog Training
-Free first class & rental car upgrade
-Get out of jail free
-A host of fair weather friends
-Automotive repair
-Concierge
-Gemstones & Diamonds
-Internet porn tips
-Antiques
-Home Repair
-The best room at a hotel
-Insurance
-16 years of abstinence
-The best seat at a cafe
-Construction
-Expensive gifts
-Travel guide
-Celebrity elbow rub
-Life coaching and advice
-Computer repair
-Pistol shooting lessons
-Towing
-Roto Rooter
-Roofing
-Fencing
-River rafting
-Free premium cigars (Cohiba Habanos)
-Professional Psychiatric Help
-Concert tickets
-Love bombing
-Baseball tickets
-Drugs
-Free coffee
-Veterinary
All this benefit did not outweigh the cost of membership for me.
I wanted to drink.

BING BANG BOOM!
now thats a big BINGO disclosure! You hit the nail on the proverbial head! Nobody cares about helping anyone else in the CULT...its the same old thing as out here in the everyday jungle. Who do you know and what have you got that I might want. The difference is, the CULT pretends to be a program of recovery for the altruistic sake of helping others out of alcoholic misery making them much more dangerous than the average Jane or Joe out here in the jungle of life. Kind of like a hungry lion in sheep's clothing.

"The triangle necklace is
"The triangle necklace is proof of membership in Alcoholics Anonymous."
The triangle necklace as an object is "proof" of nothing. If it is owned or borrowed it is still "proof" of nothing. If it is worn, it is still "proof" of nothing. A lotus is not "proof" of Buddhism, nor are the colors red and white. A swastika is not "proof" of Nazism. The taijitu symbol is not "proof" of yin yang or a life influenced by Tao.
Of course you wanted to drink. From what I've read, you were a drunk. Also from what I've read, drunks exaggerate. Many can't spell correctly.

Miss Pelled
So an AA'er is a drunk, and many drunks can't spell. AA drunks are drunks for life. Therefore AA drunks are doomed to a lifetime of many mispellings.
Man, AA is a rough act. "Alcoholic" for life-"diseased" for life-A lifetime of meetings for life, and now misspellling for life.
Just shoot em, put em out of there misery.

"So an AA'er is a drunk, and
"So an AA'er is a drunk, and many drunks can't spell. AA drunks are drunks for life. Therefore AA drunks are doomed to a lifetime of many mispellings." Of course "an AA'er is a drunk" - why else would s/he be attending meetings and becoming involved in the fellowship? It's all about drunks. Are you going to deny that? Whether they are drunks for life is up to them.
"Man, AA is a rough act. "Alcoholic" for life-"diseased" for life-A lifetime of meetings for life, and now misspellling for life." Anyone who is "acting" in AA is doin' it wrong. The more acting, the bigger the lie, the less progress. A lifetime of attending meetings is NOT a requirement. Yes, I see the triple "l" in "misspelling", and out of the goodness of my heart will let it slide.
"Just shoot em, put em out of there misery." Is this a threat? Who says they are in misery? If they're in misery, who is making them stay in AA? The answer: NO ONE. Oh, these won't slide: "em" without the apostrophe (although it is forgivable) and "there" for "their". Just sayin'. Go ahead, claim it was all built into the mockery. We're ready for your lame humor: ready, but not willing to endure it.

Let's see... I have been known to benefit from boating services, home painting, bug services, lawncare, catering, vet care, personal medical care, RV storage, boat storage house cleaning, rental services, construction (garage), flooring, hair services, massages, facials, legal services (ha!), carept cleaning, vacation home use... I will think of more, I am sure but I think your list trumps mine
