CLara has said that she has had her DUI's either expunged or reduced to a lesser charge.
CLara said>>"I am sure that someone here has checked for a record, and I don't have one. It's called expungement, reduction of charges, blah, blah, blah... and the ability to have the best attorney in town for my situation. The last time I checked for a record of that kind was when I changed insurance policies when we came to Texas."
In addition, becket has claimed that criminal records can be expunged.
judge becket said>>"Records of criminal activity can indeed be expunged. For money, any record of births, deaths, marriages, divorce, DUIs, etc. can be removed from an individual's record. Civil and criminal records can be and are manipulated in this country.
"Everything you add to the truth subtracts from the truth."

Reduced charges to DUI offenses are a state by state question, just as expunging criminal records is (assuming state criminality).
I am curious as to becket's statement about expunging records. It seems to me that what becket is saying is that anybody who has the proper amount of money, can make any legal records disappear.
In other words, judge becket is referring to a bribe.
CLar would have us believe that her record of arrests have been reduced, or expunged. Any word of CLar's is suspect. CLar has lived in KS, DC, SC, and TX that I know of, and she has also met the President?
My state of residence, Kansas, just recently passed a law that allows for expungement of a DUI offense, but only after a 10 year period. Of course, any DUI's during that 10 year period would eliminate the expungement opportunity.
So becket, If I want to get my DUI removed, who should I talk to and pay?
And CLar, what state(s) were you able to get your DUI convictions expunged in? And how much of a bribe did you pay?
