Hi all, on a personal level I\'ve been having pain while I sleep. And I wonder if anyone, particular Suboxone users, have experienced something similar. Btw, I also take Cymbalta, Zoloft, and half of an Ambien at night.
I almost always wake up to extreme soreness in my arms and hands. I occasionally wake to pain in my abdomen as well. It seems more like muscle pain just below my rib cage. This is more debilitating, but doesn’t happen as often. For the first 5 minutes of every day I lay in bed and have to massage my arms, hands, and stomach area. I am unable to to get myself out of bed unless I do. I\'ve never experienced arthritis, but I imagine what I am experiencing is a close relation. Oddly, these pains lesson as the day goes on and by midafternoon I don\'t feel anything.
I know that I should see a doctor, and I may not have much choice. However one of my fears though is that I\'ll be told to stop taking the Suboxone, something that I do not want to do. If this is the cause, I\'d much rather trade the benefit I receive for this soreness. Unless of course it continues to get worse.
Does anyone else have similar problems? I wonder how you counter it. Please keep in mind that this only happens at night when I\'m most relaxed. My husband tells me that I habitually hold my arms in the air during the night, he kind of makes fun of me for it. I occasionally softly rub the top of my head as well. Could it be muscle soreness from holding my arms out all night? As odd as it is instead relaxing them by my side, I hold them up and forward while I sleep.
Just thought I\'d ask. Thanks in advance! ~Avo
