Sober is not about NOT drinking, it's about LIVING.
Family therapy, great relationships, participating in LIFE and all the oppotunities that you can create or that may come your way.
Exercise gentle and hard.
Adequate rest.
Good healthy living food.
I am on the NON 12th step sanity plan......
Get up at 5am, washed, dressed, fed and go for an hours walk....
Create things like vegetable gardens.....
